WMBA Week is a celebration of WMBA’s new non-profit status. What better way to mark such a historical time in our organization than to celebrate all week long, and share some of those special days with Nashville’s music business community. We hope to better establish WMBA within the music industry, entice new members, and get the message out there about this multi dynamic organization to promote future opportunities, sponsorships and events.
Several events planned are open to the Nashville music community in which both men & women are encouraged to attend.
Those Events Are*:
Sunday, August 22nd (4:30 a.m.-7 a.m.) – WMBA Serves Breakfast at the Nashville Rescue Mission. Contact Stephanie Mundy-Self for more details or if you wish to participate. Email: Stephanie_Mundy@fbmm.com
Wednesday, August 25th (11 a.m.-1 p.m.) – Chillin’ with WMBA – Join us for complimentary fresh fruit Italian Ice from Izzie’ss Ice at Owen Bradley Park

About Women’s Music Business Association (WMBA):
WMBA, the Women’s Music Business Association, is dedicated to fostering opportunities within the music industry through education, networking, industry involvement, community service and organizational fellowship. WMBA was formed in the spring of 2001 by a small group of friends from different areas of the music business. Since that time, it has flourished into what is now the Women’s Music Business Association.
