What is your name?
Why did you get into the music industry?
I have been around music all my life. My dad always had a band around the house growing up while working his day job at UPS. I have played out as a singer-songwriter from the age of 15 – 26, had a three piece band at one point and have worked in many different music businesses. In Knoxville, I started as a cashier at a local music store at the age of 19. I learned pretty quickly that being a talented musician will only get you so far and those that succeed have a team helping to make it happen. I knew the best path for me was to get a business degree and work on a team to make a difference in the music industry.
